Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Crown Watch Group is committed to ensuring every transaction meets the highest standard of quality and authenticity. Given the nature of high-ticket luxury watch transactions, our return policy is structured to protect both buyers and the integrity of the transaction.

Inspection Period

All watches come with a 48-hour inspection period from the time of confirmed delivery. During this window, buyers may inspect the watch with the assistance of an independent watchmaker or certified timepiece specialist of their choosing.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The watch is proven to be non-authentic (failed independent authentication)
• The watch was materially misrepresented in the listing (significant undisclosed defects)
• The watch was damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)

Non-Eligible Returns

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Change of mind after purchase confirmation
• Cosmetic imperfections consistent with the stated condition grade
• Size, bracelet, or model preference changes after delivery
• Watches that have been worn, altered, or serviced after delivery
• Sourcing fees or service charges (non-refundable)

Return Process

1. Contact us within the 48-hour inspection window at contact@crownwatchgroup.com or via WhatsApp.
2. Provide documentation of the issue (photos, independent appraisal report if applicable).
3. Our team will review your claim within 24 hours.
4. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. The watch must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
5. Upon receipt and verification, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Sourcing Requests

For watches sourced specifically on a client's request (custom sourcing), a non-refundable sourcing fee may apply. This will be communicated and agreed upon before any fee is charged.

Sell & Trade Submissions

Once a sell or trade transaction has been confirmed and completed, it cannot be reversed. All valuations and offers are subject to the accuracy of information provided at the time of submission.
